Common use of Common Units Clause in Contracts

Common Units. The Common Units shall have such rights to allocations and distributions as may be authorized and set forth under this Agreement. All Common Units shall be identical with each other in every respect and shall vote together with the Incentive Units as a single class on any matter whatsoever, other than to the extent expressly set forth in Section 5.1(f)(ii) or Section 14.1.
