Common Words. The following words shall be interpreted as designated: (i) “or” connotes any combination of all or any of the items listed; (ii) where “including” is used to refer to an example or begins a list of items, such example or items shall not be exclusive; (iii) “specified” requires that an express statement is contained in the relevant document; (iv) the words “hereof”, “herein”, “hereto” and “hereunder” and words of similar import when used in this Agreement refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement and Section; and (v) and references to schedule(s) or exhibit(s) are to schedule(s) and exhibit(s) to this Agreement unless otherwise specified in the relevant reference.
