Common use of Communication and Authority Clause in Contracts

If any other conduct by the responsible officer or any other representative of Globalstar is construed by Ericsson as possibly constituting a change request or an interpretation of the Agreement requirements inconsistent with Ericsson's understanding of those requirements, Ericsson shall promptly notify Globalstar and request clarification.
