Common use of Communication and Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Communication and Cooperation. Seller and Buyer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the conditions to Closing shall have been satisfied on or prior to June 30, 2000. Each party shall keep the other party fully informed of the status of satisfying its conditions to Closing. Each party shall promptly inform the other party if and to the extent the informing party does not reasonably expect to satisfy the conditions to Closing in a timely manner, or in any case, on or prior to June 30, 2000.
