Communication and Documentation. Consultant shall promptly communicate to the Public Unit. Consultant shall not be entitled to rely upon any representation, statement or conduct of any person or entity, except as provided in this Agreement. Documentation in General. Consultant shall prepare written reports as required in the State Fiscal Accountability Authority Policy for Obtaining Building Condition Assessments for State Building Acquisitions. Consultant shall take photographs of any assessment where such photograph assists in the understanding of the condition of the site or facility being assessed.
