Common use of Communication Failure Clause in Contracts

Communication Failure. If we are unable to contact you, or if you fail to respond to our communication attempts, for a period of time longer than five (5) days, we reserve the right to disable access to your Storefront and/or remove access to your administrative account in order to minimize any potential future problems with your Account. If we are continually unable to reach you, or if you do not respond to our communication attempts for a period of time longer than two (2) weeks, we reserve the right to immediately cancel your Account and refund all unfulfilled orders back to the original purchasers.
