Common use of Communication Methods Clause in Contracts

Communication Methods. The Trustee will be entitled to treat a pdf or email communication or communication by other similar electronic means in a form satisfactory to the Trustee (“Electronic Methods”) from a person purporting to be (and whom the Trustee, acting reasonably, believes in good faith to be) the authorize representative of a party, as sufficient instructions and authority of the party for the Trustee to act and will have no duty to verify or confirm that such person is so authorized. The parties hereto acknowledge that they are fully informed of the protections and risks associated with the various methods of transmitting instructions to the Trustee and that there may be more secure methods of transmitting instructions than Electronic Methods.
