COMMUNICATION OF. KNOW-HOW ------------------------- 4.1 After the Effective Date of this Agreement and within a reasonable time after receipt of a request therefor from the Licensee and so on throughout the currency of this Agreement, the Licensor shall, from time to time, deliver the Know-How to Licensee as recorded in writing or in other tangible form. Such delivery shall be effected at such locations as the parties agree upon either by physical delivery or by other convenient means provided always that title and risk of loss to the Know-How shall remain with the Licensor until delivery and then shall pass to the Licensee.

  • COMMUNICATION AND NOTICES 20.1 Any notice, instruction, request or other communication to be given to the Company by the Client under the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sent to the Company’s email address at [Email to be added].

  • TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS Both parties may communicate by telephone, but it is agreed that no instructions that require action will be left on any messaging service since neither party can guarantee that they will be received or actioned. Telephone conversations may be recorded by Us for training or monitoring purposes.

  • Communications and Notices Any notice to the Contractor shall be deemed sufficient when deposited in the United States Mail postage prepaid; faxed; e-mailed; delivered to a telegraph office fee prepaid; or hand-carried and presented to an authorized employee of the Contractor at the Contractor’s address as listed on the signature page of the contract or at such address as the contractor may have requested in writing.

  • Communication All communication will be sent or given in accordance with this agreement to the basic cardmember. All communication sent or given to the basic cardmember or the supplementary cardmember is deemed to be sent or given to both.
