Communication of Results. If the Agent receives notification from BOC that the Indirect Bidder has submitted a winning Bid, the Agent will notify the Indirect Bidder of such fact within [enter time frame] of receiving such notification from BOC. The Agent will not be obligated to notify the Indirect Bidder of the results of any Auction unless the Agent receives notification from BOC that the Indirect Bidder has winning bids.
