Communication Procedures. 3 A. The parties recognize the valuable assistance to be gained from effective communication between 4 Faculty, the College, and the Administration. Accordingly, it is agreed that the College and the 5 Administration and the Executive Committee of the Association will meet periodically to discuss in 6 an attempt to resolve problems of mutual concern to the parties especially in the areas of wages, 7 hours, and working conditions. Such meeting and the agenda, therefore, will be called by agreement 8 between the Administration and the President of the Faculty whenever such a meeting is desired by 9 either party. Each party mutually agrees that neither is obligated to bargain collectively with respect 10 to any matter whether covered or not covered in this agreement for the duration thereof.
