Common use of Communication Standards Clause in Contracts

Communication Standards. 1. Contractor shall submit a monthly report to TIO on the last work day of each month during the effective Term of this Contract (“Monthly Report”). The Monthly Report shall include a summary of the current status of the Work, a summary of the completed Work (including, but not limited to, the percentage of Work completed to date for all portions of the Work in progress), a list of all issues with the Work (resolved, unresolved, new, and potential issues), and proposed corrective action (if any). 2. TIO staff shall be available for questions and meetings, as necessary, for the duration of the Contract.
