Communication with the Rating Agency. Subject to Section 14.18, any written communication, including any confirmation, from a Rating Agency provided for or required to be obtained by the Collateral Agent or the Trustee hereunder shall be sufficient in each case when such communication or confirmation is received by the Collateral Agent or the Trustee, as applicable, including by electronic message, facsimile, press release, posting to such Rating Agency’s website, or other written communication.
