Common use of Communications and Information Sharing Clause in Contracts

Communications and Information Sharing. 1) Each of the parties shall designate an individual who will be the primary contact for all issues and communications related to this MOU, the Act and the administration of the Act. 2) The parties shall develop procedures for the sharing of information and the resolution of issues that may arise during the course of the Corporation’s administration of the Act. Upon approval by the Minister, such procedures shall be attached to the MOU as Schedule “B”.
