Communications and Visibility. 12.1. The Organisation agrees to explicitly acknowledge the Bonsucro Impact Fund and any other donors involved in the funding of the Grant, in written and verbal communications, in accordance with the guidelines provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Any communication materials will include the Bonsucro logo. 12.2. The Organisation agrees to co-operate and/or assist with all promotional activities and/or announcements to be made regarding the Project by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and consents to Bonsucro including references to and details of the Project and the name of the Organisation and official partner and/or donor organisations in the Project. 12.3. The Organisation shall provide a short summary of the state of the Project and lessons learned from the Project every six months or as otherwise requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. With Bonsucro approval, the summary will be used by Bonsucro for its communications to members and to promote and share the learning with the sector.

The representative from the FCPF-PMU and UNDP will be informed about and invited to the project’s events as appropriate. The signboards installed at the most visited sites and entrance, with the relevant logo, will also bring attention to the visitors on the FCPF and UNDP support to the Phnom Kulen National Park.

Communications and Visibility. 12.1. Either party may issue communications in line with the communications plan agreed between the parties, provided always that it uses reasonable endeavours to provide the other party with seven (7) days’ notice of any such proposed communication and the parties will work together in good faith to incorporate any suggested amendments. Neither party will issue any public communication which is not in line with the agreed communications plan without first obtaining approval from Bonsucro (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed). 12.2.   • Communications and Computer Lines Tenant may install, maintain, replace, remove or use any communications or computer wires and cables (collectively, the “Lines”) at the Project in or serving the Premises, provided that (i) Tenant shall obtain Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, use an experienced and qualified contractor approved in writing by Landlord, and comply with all of the other provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of this Lease, (ii) an acceptable number of spare Lines and space for additional Lines shall be maintained for existing and future occupants of the Project, as determined in Landlord’s reasonable opinion, (iii) the Lines therefor (including riser cables) shall be appropriately insulated to prevent excessive electromagnetic fields or radiation, and shall be surrounded by a protective conduit reasonably acceptable to Landlord, (iv) any new or existing Lines servicing the Premises shall comply with all applicable governmental laws and regulations, (v) as a condition to permitting the installation of new Lines, Landlord may require that Tenant remove existing Lines located in or serving the Premises and repair any damage in connection with such removal, (vi) Tenant shall remove all Lines installed by or on behalf of Tenant, and repair any damage in connection with such removal, upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease (and if Tenant fails to complete such removal and/or to repair any damage caused by the removal of such Lines, Landlord may do so and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for the cost thereof, as an obligation which shall expressly survive termination of this Lease), and (vii) Tenant shall pay all costs in connection therewith, including any fees charged by Landlord for Tenant’s use of the Building’s telecommunications capacity in excess of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s pro rata share thereof. Landlord reserves the right to require that Tenant remove any Lines located in or serving the Premises which are installed in violation of these provisions, or which are at any time in violation of any laws or represent a dangerous or potentially dangerous condition.

  • Communications and Operations Management a. Network Penetration Testing - DST shall, on approximately an annual basis, contract with an independent third party to conduct a network penetration test on its network having access to or holding or containing Fund Data. DST shall have a process to review and evaluate high risk findings resulting from this testing.
