COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN UNION AND EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT AND UNION. 10.01 The Employer agrees to provide all employees (new and current) with a copy of the Collective Agreement. The Employer and the Union will equally share the cost of printing the Collective Agreements. Each new employee will be allowed to meet with a Union representative for 30 minutes as arranged with the supervisors involved. The Employer shall notify the Union in writing of the name, classification and salary of all new employees as soon as possible after the date of hire. 10.02 The Employer agrees to provide the Union in writing the name and position of each employee hired as a temporary/casual and contract employee and the intended length of the employee’s term of employment on the date of hire. 10.03 All correspondence regarding the administration of this Agreement will be forwarded to the Recording Secretary of the Union.
