Common use of Communications Protocol Clause in Contracts

Communications Protocol. a) The Parties will comply with Schedule C (Communications Protocol). b) The Recipient will acknowledge Canada’s contribution in all signage and public communication produced as part of the Project or Agreement, in a manner acceptable to Canada, unless Canada communicates in writing to the Recipient that this acknowledgement is not required. c) The Recipient acknowledges that the following may be made publicly available by Canada: i. its name, the amount awarded by Canada, and the general nature of the Project; and ii. any evaluation or audit report and other reviews related to this Agreement.
