COMMUNICATIONS, USERS ACCESS AND SECURITY Sample Clauses

The "Communications, Users Access and Security" clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding how parties communicate, how users are granted access to systems or information, and the security measures that must be followed. Typically, this clause outlines the approved channels for official communications, sets requirements for user authentication and authorization, and mandates safeguards such as password policies or data encryption. Its core function is to protect sensitive information, ensure only authorized individuals have access, and provide a clear framework for secure and reliable interactions between parties.
