Common use of Communications with Customers Clause in Contracts

Communications with Customers. Reseller must disclose to each Customer that it is a reseller partner of CybSafe. Reseller shall not represent itself as an agent of CybSafe for any purpose, nor pledge CybSafe’s credit or give any condition or warranty or make any representation on CybSafe’s behalf or commit CybSafe to any contracts. Further, Reseller shall not without CybSafe’s prior written consent make any representations, warranties, guarantees or other commitments with respect to the specifications, features or capabilities of the Services which are inconsistent with those contained in the promotional material supplied by CybSafe and the EULA or otherwise incur any liability on behalf of CybSafe howsoever arising.
