Communications with Others. At all times that the stock of Tweeter is or is proposed to be traded publicly, Tweeter shall furnish to the Agent copies of all regular, periodic and special reports and all registration statements which Tweeter files with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental authority which may be substituted therefor, or with any national or regional securities exchange.
