Communications with Others. The Borrower shall furnish to the Agent and each Lender promptly (and in any event within five (5) days) after the filing thereof (a) copies of all regular, periodic and special reports and all registration statements which the Borrower files and (b) any Schedules 13D or 13G which beneficial owners of the Borrower's equity securities file with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental authority which may be substituted therefor, or with any national or regional securities exchange.
