Common use of Community College or University Clause in Contracts

Community College or University. As a condition of employment, the Employer shall describe and make available the benefits, as described in Articles 24:01(1) and 24:01(2) to all Permanent and Probationary Full Time Employees. The Employees shall have the option of deciding whether or not to participate in the aforementioned benefit plans.
