Community Involvement. Although not an event of default of condition of any advance hereunder, the Developer agrees to endeavor to actively participate in community and charitable organizations and/or activities, the purpose of which are to improve the quality of life in the City of Corinth, Texas, and to actively encourage its employees to be involved in such organizations and/or activities.
