Community Standards and Prohibited Items. A. Licensee agrees to abide by all CSUSB and DHRE policies, regulations, and procedures included as part of this agreement, the Resident Handbook, and any subsequent amendments. The policies addressed in the Resident Handbook include, but are not limited to prohibited items, alcohol, smoking, noise, and pets.
