Common use of Community Workshop Clause in Contracts

Community Workshop. This community workshop is the first of many face-to-face community outreach events scheduled throughout the planning process. The purpose of this first workshop is to allow residents to provide input before any plans or recommendations are formulated. The workshop will: (a) review the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan Update, the planning process to be undertaken, and the schedule for the project; and (b) secure local views on concerns, issues, and potentials within the community. This workshop will be targeted specifically to business owners and managers and Brentwood’s corporate citizens as an important stakeholder group. The purpose is to establish a dialogue and obtain feedback from those members of the business community that have a unique insight and perspective, and whose assistance and involvement is crucial to the Plan’s ultimate success.
