Common use of Companion CREF contract Clause in Contracts

If TIAA deletes all Investment Accounts and any of the Investment Accounts was, at any time, available under the terms of the employer plan, then a companion CREF Retirement Choice Plus Annuity contract will be issued, without application, as a funding vehicle for the employer plan, if such companion contract had not been previously issued.
