Common use of Companion Transaction Clause in Contracts

Companion Transaction. The transactions contemplated by that certain Asset Purchase Agreement of even date herewith and entered into by and between, among others, Tenant, as seller, and IVP FL Holding Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as purchaser, shall have been closed pursuant to and in compliance with the terms thereof.
