Independent Director understands and acknowledges that Company Group has invested, and continues to invest, substantial time, money, and specialized knowledge into developing its resources, creating a customer base, forming relationships and partnerships with regulators and researchers, generating processes and training its employees, developing its intellectual property and improving its offerings in the field of advanced nuclear reactors, throughout the United States. Independent Director understands and acknowledges that as a result of these efforts, Company Group has created, and continues to use and create Confidential Information. This Confidential Information provides Company Group with a competitive advantage over others in the marketplace.
