Common use of Company to Act on Behalf of Client Clause in Contracts

Company to Act on Behalf of Client. Without prejudice to Clause 2.8 (Power of Attorney) of the Terms, the Client authorizes the Company and its nominee to execute all documents and to do all things necessary on behalf of the Client for the purposes of making any Application. The Client accepts all things done by the Company and/or its nominee, as agent on behalf of the Client in connection with each Application. The Client shall accept the Offer Securities applied for in each Application or any lesser quantity allocated to the Company or its nominee, as agent on behalf of the Client, pursuant to each Application. The Client indemnifies the Company and its nominee against any loss or claim suffered or incurred by any of them in connection with each Application.
