Company to Furnish Trustee Information as to Names and Addresses of Holders. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee: (a) Semi-annually, not later than _______________ and _______ in each year, commencing __________, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the name and addresses of the Holders as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more the 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, however, that so long as the Trustee is the Security Registrar, no such list shall be required to be furnished.
