Compensation and Expenses of the FCR. The FCR shall receive compensation from the Asbestos Trust in the form of payment at the FCR’s normal hourly rate for services performed. The Asbestos Trust will promptly reimburse the FCR for all reasonable out-of- pocket costs and expenses incurred by the FCR in connection with the performance of his or her duties hereunder.
