Compensation and Load. Pay for work experience is 0.10 LHE per student per term. ▇▇▇▇ earned by professors assigned work experience courses may be assigned to adjunct professors or full-time professors as overload and is subject to existing load limitations (10.A.4., 10.Q.1., and 10.Q.

Unit members who are required to undergo training in order to accept a Distance Education assignment, or due to a change in the District’s Distance Education delivery system, shall be allowed to submit such training for salary advancement. Compensation for college faculty Distance Education assignments will be computed on the same basis as would the comparable regularly scheduled, traditionally delivered, on-campus course assignment. Compensation for continuing education faculty Distance Education assignments will be determined based on the hours on the course outline of record.

Faculty with one or more HyFlex assignments shall be compensated 12 hours per assigned course for training and preparation time at their classroom hourly rate. These payments shall be made at the conclusion of the HyFlex assignment.

  • Compensation and Billing 6.1 The Provider shall seek payment only from DRS for the provision of Medical services except as provided in paragraphs 6.3. The payment from DRS shall be limited to the amounts referred to in paragraph 6.2. 6.2 DRS agrees to pay the Provider's billed charge for each procedure or the fee set by DRS for that procedure, whichever is less. DRS shall have the right to categorize what shall constitute a procedure. DRS and the beneficiary’s financial liability shall be limited to the procedures allowable as determined by DRS, paid by applying appropriate coding methodology, whether the Provider has billed appropriately or not. 6.3 The Provider agrees to accept the payment from DRS as full and complete payment for services for recipients of public assistance. If the patient is a recipient of Medical Assistance, Rehabilitation Services only, payment from the Department shall represent payment in full except the Provider may collect an amount not to exceed that shown on DRS Form DRS-C-100, Medical services Authorization. 6.4 MS-MA-r, Notification of Eligibility Status for Medical Services or DHS Form MS-S-4, Notification of Eligibility Status for Medical Services for Persons Under 21 Years of Age, or Medical Services Authorization, VR-A-302-A. 6.5 The Provider shall bill DRS on forms acceptable to DRS within 1 year of providing the Medical services. The Provider shall use current CPT codes with appropriate modifiers and ICD or DSM diagnostic codes, when applicable. The Provider shall furnish, upon request at no cost, all information, including Medical records, reasonably required by DRS to verify and substantiate the provision of Medical services and the charges for such services if the beneficiary and the Provider are seeking reimbursement through DRS. 6.6 DRS shall reimburse the Provider within thirty (30) days of receipt of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ that are accurate, complete and otherwise in accordance with Article VI of this Contract. DRS will not be responsible for delay of reimbursement due to circumstances beyond DRS’ control. 6.7 The Provider agrees to release all Provider liens for which payment has been made for Title XIX by DRS and notify DRS. However, this provision does not affect the Provider’s entitlement to file a lien or liens for non-pre-authorized services. 6.8 DRS shall have the right at all reasonable times and, to the extent permitted by law, to inspect and duplicate all Medical and billing records relating to Medical services rendered to beneficiaries at no cost to DRS or the beneficiary. 6.9 The Provider shall refund within 30 days of discovery to the beneficiary any overpayments made by the beneficiary.

  • COMPENSATION OF ULTIMUS The Trust, on behalf of each Fund, shall pay for the services to be provided by Ultimus under this Agreement in accordance with, and in the manner set forth in, Schedule B attached hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or terminates before the last day of a month, Ultimus’ compensation for that part of the month in which the Agreement is in effect shall be prorated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees as set forth above. Payment of Ultimus’ compensation for the preceding month shall be made promptly.

  • Compensation of Custodian The Custodian shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for its services and expenses as Custodian, as agreed upon from time to time between each Fund on behalf of each applicable Portfolio and the Custodian.

  • Compensation of Trustee Any individual Trustee serving hereunder shall be entitled to: (Choose One) ☐ - No compensation whatsoever. ☐ - Be paid a reasonable fee from the Trust Estate based on the amount of time expended by such Trustee in carrying out his or her duties hereunder. Any corporate Trustee shall be entitled to be paid a fee based upon its fee schedule from time to time that is required to be published.

  • Compensation to NCPS (a) Issuer Party shall pay or cause to be paid to NCPS for its services as the facilitator of escrow as outlined in Exhibit B, which may be updated from time to time by NCPS by providing written notice to Issuer Party. Issuer Party’s obligation to pay such fees to NCPS and reimburse NCPS for such expenses is not conditioned upon a successful closing. Upon Issuer Party’s request, NCPS will provide Issuer Party with copies of all relevant invoices, receipts or other evidence of such expenses. The obligations of Issuer Party under this Section 10 shall survive any termination of this Agreement and the resignation or removal of NCPS. (b) All of the compensation and reimbursement obligations shall be payable by Issuer Party upon demand by NCPS and will be charged automatically by NCPS to the credit card or other payment method separately provided or as otherwise agreed by the Parties. Issuer Party consents to NCPS retaining and using Issuer Party’s payment information for future invoices and as provided in this Agreement. Issuer Party agrees and acknowledges that NCPS and its third party vendors may retain and use Issuer Party’s payment information to facilitate the payments provided for in this Agreement. Issuer Party agrees to provide NCPS written notice (which may be via email) of any update or changes to Issuer Party’s payment information. Absent current payment information, Issuer Party shall make, or cause to be made, all payments to NCPS within 10 days of receiving an invoice therefor. All payments made to NCPS shall be in US dollars in immediately available funds. (c) If Issuer Party fails to make any payment when due then, in addition to all other remedies that may be available: (a) NCPS may charge interest on the past due amount at the rate of 1.5% per month, calculated daily and compounded monthly, or if lower, the highest rate permitted under Law, which Issuer Party shall pay; such interest may accrue after as well as before any judgment relating to collection of the amount due; and (b) Issuer Party shall reimburse, or cause to be reimbursed, NCPS for all costs incurred by NCPS in collecting any late payments or interest, including attorneys’ fees, court costs and collection agency fees; provided that cumulative late payments are subject to the overall limits as may be required by Law as set forth in Exhibit B. (d) Only upon the fulfillment of the Minimum Offering, and only when Escrowed Funds are eligible to be released to Issuer in accordance with Section 4(a), and otherwise in compliance with Law, NCPS is authorized to and may disburse from time to time, to itself or to any NCPS Party from the Escrow Funds (but only to the extent of Issuer’s rights thereto), the amount of any compensation and reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses due and payable hereunder (including any amount to which NCPS or any NCPS Party is entitled to seek indemnification pursuant to Section 9 hereof). NCPS shall notify Issuer Party of any disbursement from the Escrow Funds to itself or to any NCPS Party in respect of any compensation or reimbursement hereunder and shall furnish to Issuer copies of all related invoices and other statements. (e) Only upon the fulfillment of the Minimum Offering, and only when Escrowed Funds are eligible to be released to Issuer in accordance with Section 4(a), and otherwise in compliance with Law, Issuer shall grant to NCPS and the NCPS Parties a security interest in and lien upon such Escrow Funds (but only to the extent of Issuer’s rights thereto) to secure all obligations hereunder, and NCPS and the NCPS Parties shall have the right to offset the amount of any compensation or reimbursement due any of them hereunder (including any claim for indemnification pursuant to Section 9 hereof) against the Escrow Funds (but only to the extent of Issuer’s rights thereto). If for any reason the Escrow Funds available to NCPS and the NCPS Parties pursuant to such security interest or right of offset are insufficient to cover such compensation and reimbursement, Issuer Party shall promptly pay such amounts to NCPS and the NCPS Parties upon receipt of an itemized invoice.
