COMPENSATION AND PAYMENTS UPON TERMINATION. In the event of termination, the Client shall compensate ABED for all services performed and, subject to previous commitments that ABED has made on the Client's behalf prior to the date of termination, reimbursable expenses incurred after termination which are not the fault of ABED. The Client shall also compensate ABED for expenses directly attributable to termination for which ABED is not otherwise compensated.
