Common use of Compensation as a Director Clause in Contracts

Compensation as a Director. So long as the Service Provider shall serve as a director of the Company, the Company shall pay him a director’s fee of $1,500 per month for all services provided as a director of the Company, including attendance at regular or special meetings of the Board of Directors, but excluding out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Service Provider for travel or other related expenses as a director.
