Common use of Compensation During Disability and Following Termination of Employment Clause in Contracts

Compensation During Disability and Following Termination of Employment. During any period of Disability the Employee shall continue to receive her salary and other benefits provided for herein until the she is terminated in accordance with Section 3.2(b). In the event that Employee's employment with the Company is terminated pursuant to Section 3.2, the Company shall pay to Employee her Salary earned and unpaid as of the Termination Date, as applicable. Such amount(s) shall be paid to Employee, subject to standard required payroll deductions, in accordance with the Company's payroll practices.
