Compensation, Expenses and Indemnity. The Committee shall serve without compensation for services rendered hereunder. The Committee is authorized at the expense of the Corporation to employ such legal counsel and/or Plan record keeper as it may deem advisable to assist in the performance of its duties hereunder. Expense and fees in connection with the administration of this Plan shall be paid by the Corporation.
