Compensation for Additional Duties. All members of the Leadership Association shall be expected to perform duties assigned to them as part of their appointment. Exceptions may be recommended to the President in the following cases: A. Full-time Leadership Association members may be given a supplementary contract to teach courses, provided in the judgment of the supervisor that it can be done in such a time and manner so as not to interfere with normal duties or normal hours. B. Full-time Leadership Association members may be given a supplementary contract to perform other duties, provided in the judgment of the supervisor it can be done in such a time and manner so as not to interfere with normal duties or normal hours.
