Compensation for Teaching. a Daily 6th Period 8.9.7.1 For each semester a Daily 6th Period class is taught by a unit member they will receive a factor of .083 of their current year’s placement on the salary schedule. 8.9.7.2 Payment for Daily 6th Period classes taught in the Fall semester must be paid in equal monthly installments from July through December. Payment for Daily 6th Period classes taught in the Spring semester must be paid in equal monthly installments from January through June. If the assignment is not received in time to receive 6 monthly installments, the compensation is to be equally divided between the remaining months of that semester.
