Common use of Compensation for Time Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Time. Subject to the cap in paragraph 5.1, in consideration of full and satisfactory performance of the services hereunder, the Agency shall pay Outside Counsel for each hour of work performed pursuant to this Agreement according to the fee schedule attached hereto as Addendum B and incorporated herein by reference.
