COMPENSATION FOR TRAINING. 23.1 Any employee who, in order to continue employment in his/her current position, is required to attend training sessions, shall be paid at his/her regular rate of pay and shall receive all benefits to which he/she is entitled. 23.2 When a specialized (i.e., non-regular) driver's license is a part of the job description, upon prior approval of the County Office, the cost of the license, school seminars and transportation shall be paid by the County Office.
