Compensation; Method of Payment. A. Subject to the Contractor's satisfactory performance, Anchorage shall pay the Contractor no more than DOLLARS ($ ) in accordance with this section. B. Anchorage shall pay the Contractor in accordance with the Schedule of Fees attached as Attachment B and incorporated herein by reference for services actually performed under this contract. C. The Contractor is not entitled to any compensation under this contract, other than is expressly provided for in this section. D.
