COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR Sample Clauses

COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. A. The Contractor shall be paid in the manner set forth in Exhibit B. Payment shall be made monthly, unless another payment term is specified in Exhibit B, following receipt of invoices submitted by the Contractor, and approved by the Contract Administrator. B. The Contractor will be compensated for Services performed in addition to the Services described in Article III, only when the scope of and compensation for those additional Services have received prior written approval of the Contract Administrator. C. The Contractor shall keep complete records of work performed (e.g. tasks performed, hours allocated, etc.) so that the City may verify invoices submitted by the Contractor. Such records shall be made available to the City upon request and submitted in summary form with each invoice.

COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. In full consideration for CONTRACTOR’s services, CONTRACTOR shall be paid for performance under this Agreement in accordance with the terms of Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Billing shall be made by invoice, which shall include the contract number assigned by SBCAG and which is delivered to the address given in Section 2, NOTICES, above, following completion of the increments identified in Exhibit B. Unless otherwise specified in Exhibit B, payment shall be net thirty (30) days from presentation of invoice.

Compensation of Contractor includes all reimbursable expenses unless a schedule of reimbursable expenses is included in an attached Exhibit B. Expenses outside those identified in the attached schedule must be approved in advance by the Contract Administrator. B. Payment shall be made monthly following receipt of invoices submitted by Contractor and approved by the Contract Administrator, unless a different payment schedule is specified in Exhibit B. C. Contractor shall be compensated for additional work or Services beyond those specified in this Agreement only when the scope of and compensation for the additional work or Services have received prior written approval of the Contract Administrator. COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. A. The Contractor shall be paid on the basis of the bid price. The total fee to be paid the Contractor for the goods and/or services shall not exceed ($ ). Payment shall be made within 30 days of acceptance of the work by the Contract Administrator. It is understood and agreed between the parties that the compensation stated above is inclusive of any and all remuneration to which the Contractor may be entitled.

COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. In full consideration for CONTRACTOR’s services, CONTRACTOR shall be paid for performance under this Agreement in accordance with the terms of Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and in accordance with SBCAG Resolution No. 21-19 and Measure A Ordinance Number 5.

COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. Upon the effective date of this Contract, Contractor shall be considered a contract employee in the County’s Unclassified Service. Contractor shall receive only the benefits and compensation specifically set forth in this Contract. This Contract provides for the full compensation to Contractor for the services required hereunder. If Contractor is a current County employee, the current supersedes any prior contract.
