Compensation of the Sub-Advisor Sample Clauses

The "Compensation of the Sub-Advisor" clause defines how and when the sub-advisor will be paid for their services under the agreement. It typically outlines the fee structure, such as fixed fees, performance-based fees, or a percentage of assets managed, and specifies the timing and method of payment. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the financial terms, helping to prevent disputes over payment and aligning expectations regarding compensation.
