Common use of Compensation of Trustees Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Trustees. The Trustees may waive statutory commissions, but are entitled to charge reasonable and necessary fees and expenses incurred in the administration of the trust in accordance with the applicable Sponsorship Agreement, and any applicable court order.
