Compensation on Termination for Cause. The Company shall pay Hill any prorated portion of his full Compensation that is then owed through the date of termination if Hill's services shall terminate "For Cause" and the Company shall have no further obligations to Hill under this Agreement other than to pay Hill such other plan, program, or other benefits as may be due Hill pursuant to Sections 3.3 and 4 above.
