Common use of Compensation Outside Scheduled Hours Clause in Contracts

Compensation Outside Scheduled Hours. Authorized work approved by the Employer and performed by the employee in excess of seven and one half (7.5) hours per day or seventy-five (75) hours per pay period for full-time employees shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half (1½).

Compensation Outside Scheduled Hours. (P/T) (b) Authorized work approved by the Employer and performed by the employee beyond eight (8) hours in excess of seven and one half any twenty (7.520) hours per day or seventy-five (75) hours per pay hour period for full-time employees shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-one half (1½1-1/2). No Bargaining Unit Employee shall be required to work beyond eight (8) hours in any twenty (20) hour period, without their consent.
