Compensation Procedure Clause Samples

The Compensation Procedure clause outlines the process by which payments or reimbursements are calculated and disbursed between parties under a contract. It typically details the timing, method, and documentation required for submitting compensation claims, such as invoices or expense reports, and may specify approval steps or dispute resolution mechanisms. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon framework for handling financial transactions, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or payment delays.
