Common use of COMPENSATION PROCEDURES Clause in Contracts

COMPENSATION PROCEDURES. a. Current certified salary schedules will be attached to the Agreement. b. Pursuant to Policy and Regulation 4520, Associations members may apply for payroll deduction for related membership dues. Associations members will submit a form to payroll annually no later than September 1st of each school year that will reflect membership deductions. New Associations members may request payroll deductions begin for membership dues at any time. Once finalized, deductions may not be altered by the Employee until the next school year. The Associations will be responsible for communicating this procedure to all employees of the Bargaining Unit.
