COMPENSATION PROCEDURES. 1. Effective July 1, yearly, except as provided herein, the salary for all positions covered by this memorandum shall be set forth in the Salary Schedule included in this memorandum. 2. A teacher shall advance with professional growth credit by completing academic credit on the increment basis provided herein. Requirements for earning academic credit are found in Section III.E. 3. If full-time employment has been for less than one-half of the total student attendance days as set by the official school calendar, the teacher shall be deemed interim, and as such if offered a contract for the following school year will remain on the same salary as their initial placement. 4. Teachers taking courses at the written direction of the administration shall receive credit for these courses toward advancement on the salary schedule. 5. School Nurses shall be paid on the certified salary schedule.
