Common use of Compensation System Clause in Contracts

Compensation System. Under the terms of this Agreement, Provider shall receive the amount provided in Section 5.1 for Covered Services rendered to Members, less applicable copayments or deductible and offset by any payments to Provider from other sources resulting from coordination of benefits, subrogation or other such procedures.
