Common use of Compensation System Clause in Contracts

Compensation System. The Service provides the software support required for Readymix to continue using the ▇▇▇▇▇ System Workers’ Compensation Module. The service includes : • Maintenance and routine development of the ▇▇▇▇▇ software. • Maintenance of ▇▇▇▇▇ system security. • Help Desk user support during business hours (Sydney time). • Electronic data reporting to state Workcover authorities. • Major system development work (including any dataloads to a successor system) are excluded. These may be negotiated with payment of an additional fee. Initial Period 01/04/03 – 31/03/04 First Extension Period 01/04/04 -30/09/04 Second Extension Period 01/10/04 – 31/03/05 Fees will be calculated on the following basis: $ 6,500.00 per month. Should the contract be extended into the second year, fees will be adjusted in line with any change to the costs of providing the service. Formal quarterly meetings will be held between contract managers nominated below. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ / ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will manage the ▇▇▇▇▇ Workers’ Compensation service provided by CSR. Fleur ▇▇▇▇▇▇ / ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ will be responsible for ordering and reviewing service delivery on behalf of RGL.
